Okay, okay, I know it's not funny. But the Vice President of the United States shot someone. I don't even necessarily have a problem with that. But the Vice President shot him because he thought he was a bird. I mean, it is almost hard to think that's not funny.A bird. He thought a man was a bird. How does that happen?
