Hamstring
I didn't go to Pilates last night. I was all pumped to go on the treadmill this morning, but then thought better of it and did the bike instead. My leg still isn't feeling 100% and I'd rather not push it. I might attempt the treadmill tonight. I'm not sure what the proper balance during recovery of a minor injury.In other news, 'ritas at Ruby Tuesdays rock!
